Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by DEVSEVEN, including web development and design, web hosting (through HOSTEMCLOUD), and SEO services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Services
    a. Web Development: We offer web development services to create custom websites tailored to your needs. All materials used during the development process are either created by us or properly licensed from third parties.
    b. Web Hosting: Web hosting services are provided through our sister company, HOSTEMCLOUD. By using our web hosting services, you agree to be bound by HOSTEMCLOUD’s terms and conditions.
    c. SEO Services: We provide search engine optimization (SEO) services to improve your website’s visibility on search engines. We guarantee transparency in the process and access to monitoring tools and reports, but due to the constantly changing nature of search engine algorithms, we do not guarantee specific rankings.
  3. Client Responsibilities
    a. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your website and services.
    b. You must ensure that your website content does not include adult material, illegal activities, or gore/violence.
    c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  4. Payment and Refunds
    a. All payments are prorated to the first of each month.
    b. Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may not be granted if the service has been used for a significant portion of the billing cycle.
    c. Lack of payment will result in the automatic suspension of your account after the 5th of the month.
  5. Termination
    a. You may terminate your subscription at any time, and your account will be suspended at the end of the current billing cycle.
    b. We reserve the right to terminate your services if you violate these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment or prohibited content.
  6. Privacy
    a. We collect personal data through our front-end form, including name, email, and phone number.
    b. For registered and logged-in users, we may collect additional data, including company information, address, user details, invoices, and tickets.
    c. We use collected data solely for internal processes and do not share it with third parties.
  7. Intellectual Property
    a. All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by DEVSEVEN remain the property of DEVSEVEN or its licensors.
    b. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered work for your own business purposes.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    a. DEVSEVEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
    b. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.
